We are so confident in our inks that we will not only offer a no quibble refund or replacement policy for the cartridges, we will also guarantee your printer too!
It's extremely rare but if our cartridges do cause damage to your printer, we will pay to have it shipped to our offices where we will either fix it for you or replace it with the same or comparable model if we can't. This means that you can buy with confidence!
